Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup vegan margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 cup brown sugar
- egg-replacer for to 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
- Mix in a small bowl the flour, the salt and the baking powder
- Mix in a bigger bowl the melted margarine, the sugar, the egg-replacer and the vanilla sugar
- Put the flour mixture to the bowl with the margarine and mix it well.
- After that put the chocolate chips to the dough and knead it by hand.
- Put the dough into the fridge and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Take a tablespoon full of dough and shape the cookies.
- Put the cookies into the oven and bake it for about 12 minutes, until the edges are lightly brown. (don´t bake the cookies too long, cause they become hard on their own)
- After 2 minutes take the cookies from the baking tray and put them on a grid to cool.
